I've been terminally online since '98, when I was a kid growing up in Hong Kong hand-coding HTML sites and playing adventure games.
My career began as an intrapreneur: I took a new business unit from 0 to $1M in revenue in its first year. I got into tech by walking up to a startup co-founder after a guest talk in my master's class and asking if they were hiring. That startup was Lalamove, where I scaled driver acquisition and developed grit at a fast-moving unicorn.
I was accepted into the Fierce Founders bootcamp at Communitech as the founder of fertility health startup Creatology. At Autzu, I ran product ops for Uber drivers renting cars from our fleet. At Ting, I went from product manager to senior manager, led the customer website redesign, and moved 50,000+ customers off a legacy system and five billing systems.
Now I build my own products with Claude Code, like Cubbylist, where BC parents can find the right childcare. I'm currently open to a product or strategy leadership role at a company that wants to make a difference in a climate-impacted world.
